You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the confirmed delivery date, as indicated by tracking information.

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund; however, we encourage you to contact our support team and we’ll review your situation.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage
  • All original tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging or secure protective packaging
  • Proof of purchase provided (order number required)

All returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. Refunds are issued for items confirmed to be in resellable condition.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, pet hair, or odors
  • Items missing original tags
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return package is scanned by the courier, we will promptly ship your replacement item.
